There will still be solid cbms and the occassional great one, but personally i think we won't see many on the same level as Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers or The Winter Soldier.

The Winter Soldier isn't getting the cold shoulder though, as Sebastian Stan's Bucky Barnes will also be back on the big screen in the new team-up movie which comes out a few months with a July 26, 2024, release.
